I love this series. All the books have been good and I find myself caught up in the lives of these women. Start with the first book and follow the romance of the only child rich girl and the athlete from a big Irish family. Characters are rich and the plots are generally feel goods. I felt like this book was just filler until we get a book where something significant happens. Im not mad i bought it but i just wish something would have happened.
The series started out interesting but recent books have gotten over dramatic and sexually raw. Getting pornographic at times a bit much
you need to read these books in order. love jamie and ryan.
I love this series it is more like a show to me than a book, you have the same characters just living everyday life going through familiar ups and downs just like any other regular person, thats the boring part for most people who have kept up with this series. The good part is that you fall in love with the characters and they are all diferent bringing thier own thing into the mix. I do feel like this series is moving very slowly , nothing exciting really happens and when it does it is short lived. I feel like the rcomance between jamies mom an connor should just hurry up an im tired of the hum drum of jamie and ryans relationship, the series is great but it should expand the main characters relationship and i would like to see more of the other characters.
Absolutely love this series!!! I will be reading other Susan Meagher books once I've finished these. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys character development in a romance book.
I know it's probably hard to keep a story going after 15 books (chapters) of two characters lives but honestly, resorting to investigating het sex lives?? Seriously? I could read the shades of gray books if I needed that! Yes, Catherine is an important character but her sex life with mr. gigolo in Italy is not what I really need to read about. I want to know more about Mia and Jordan. More about Ally and Sara. Hope Q is better.
I love this series. I find the relationship between the main characters complex and interesting. There is a scene in this book about the relationship between personal sexual satisfaction and satisfaction within a lesbian couple that was thought provoking. I won't spoil it by writing more. The characters are imperfect people which I like. They have real problems somewhat like what I have encountered. it isn't some fairy tale existence. Some of their solutions are innovative to me.
